A few things you never knew you could donate to EWALU

In the ALC Care Corner in March, we are featuring EWALU Camp and Retreat Center near Strawberry Point. Many youth from our congregation have enjoyed the spiritual camping experience that EWALU provides year after year. In addition to cash donations, we will be collecting a variety of items to help support EWALU maintenance and programming.

Suggested items you could consider donating to the month's Care Corner include:

• Kids’ scissors

• Colored pencils

• Construction paper

• A new vacuum cleaner

• Paper towels

• Toilet paper

• Office paper

• 1st class postage stamps

• Bandaids

• Gauze pads

• Ace bandages.

View a more extensive “wish list” posted on EWALU’s website by clicking here. Did you know you can donate used tents, cloth shopping bags, digital cameras, washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers and even vehicles to EWALU? If you need help making arrangements to donate a larger item, please contact Pastor Nathan or Maureen Hanson.

Also, on Sunday, March 18, EWALU Executive Director Clark Baldwin will be joining us for worship. He will be preaching that day and joining us for Bible study after service. He also hopes to bring additional staff and counselors. It should be a great day!
