There is no doubt in the world to manage defeat is the toughest job. Defeat pushes to inferiority. It paralyses our daily work and leads to lonely. We fail daily. As we want to do something every day, remaining without doing anything is failure. Very importantly, what we got to do is know what we are doing! It is like a fisherman who didn't have bites but stays persistently with hope of catching fish.
